Sela Inyongo Tea

Inyongo is also known as gall. A bitter brownish-yellow or greenish-yellow secretion produced by the liver, stored in the gallbladder and discharged into the duodenum where it aids the process of digestion. Symptoms of bile or acid reflux may include abdominal pain, frequent heartburn, vomiting or nausea.

Sela Inyoungo Tea with Sutherlandia frutescens and Aloe ferox has been specially formulated to assist digestive health.

Description

Sela Tea uses the ancient secrets passed on by elders from generation to generation to create herbal teas that help boost health and relieve the symptoms of many illnesses. The traditional African herbs used in Sela Tea are carefully selected for their powerful abilities, and then packaged in a convenient teabag, making it easy to drink

Ingredients

Each 1.7 g teabag contains:

  • Camellia sinensis (Black Tea) 750 mg
  • Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos Tea) 700 mg
  • Sutherlandia fructescens 200 mg
  • Aloe ferox (Cape Aloe leaf) 50 mg

Directions for use

Add 1 teabag to a cup of freshly boiled water. Allow teabag to draw for 5 minutes. Drink whilst warm.

For best results drink 3 teabags daily.

You can use your teabag twice!

It is important to drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day.
